Visualizations in Warsaw: variants of the project and order of acceptance

Visualization helps to compare decisions before making the finished material or product. To be useful, you need to determine what shows what data is confirmed and what is evaluated.

Visualization helps to compare decisions before making the finished material or product. To be useful, you need to determine what shows what data is confirmed and what is evaluated.

Specify the role of visualization

Otherwise, you prepare an image of the concept, a different presentation of the product, or even a different sales material. Save the purpose and the place of use. This allows you to choose the range of details and the method of description without pretending to be more accurate than the design envisages.

Do not describe the concept as a photograph of the completed object. The recipient should understand the nature of the material and whether the presented elements are exemplary. This also applies to variants of finishing, equipment and surroundings.

Prepare data for the project

Collect available dimensions, drawings, reference pictures and description of the expected take. Mark missing or indicative information. The creator should know what he plays based on the data and what needs to be agreed as part of the concept.

For example, the presentation of several versions of the product needs a clear list of differences. If variants have different material and dimension, both elements should be controlled instead of focusing solely on colour.

Approve decisions in the right order

First check the layout and proportions, then the staff and relevant material. Finely fine-tuned image before accepting the basics may lead to unnecessary repetition of work.

When receiving the evaluation:

  • compliance with the data transmitted;
  • the range of items shown;
  • differences between options;
  • readability of important details;
  • the necessary signatures;
  • target file formats.

Check publication in context

The image on the page should have the right size and description. Too small a preview may hide differences, and unnecessarily large file will make viewing difficult. With materials from design models see presentation of the Archicad project, and in the selection of illustrations role of image on page.
