We prepare a list of content that requires regular editing: services, realizations, news, contact details, files or galleries. We determine which elements are repetitive and should use a common template. Therefore, the new implementation does not require manual playback of the entire layout.
Not every field must give unlimited formatting freedom. Controlled sections help to maintain readability and consistency. The editor should focus on information and the panel should advise the necessary data, image format and missing items before publication.

Roles, previews and safe fixes
We share access according to the obligations. The updater does not have to change user accounts or configuration of the service. We determine who can prepare the draft, approve the content and publish the change. For a small team the process can be simple, but should remain readable.
The preview allows you to check the text and photos before sharing with customers. A history of changes or a copy of the material helps you to recreate an earlier version if the function falls within the scope of the implementation. We individually set the procedure with the removed pages so as not to break existing links.

The panel should allow you to enter a reasonable title, description and content with logical headers. Automatic settings may be the starting point but will not replace checking the meaning of the text. A change of address requires informed decision and consideration of redirection.
The size, frame and alternative description of the image role are important for the images. Loading a huge file should not automatically mean sending it to each recipient. We set a way to create versions suitable for views and maintain proportions.

Training on real tasks
The transmission of the panel includes tasks that the editor will perform on his own: adding execution, changing the text, replacing the photo and checking the preview. An instruction based on his own website is more useful than a general description of all system functions.
When you run it is worth collecting team questions and checking which activities make it difficult. Some problems solve the change of the field name or a short explanation. Greater needs are planned as further modules, including updates, backups and permissions.
