The website organizes the information to which advertising, social profiles and printed materials lead. It is worth planning these connections before separate projects are created for each channel.
Determine where the correct answer is
Post on social media usually shows the selected section of the offer. The leaflet has a limited area and advertising leads to a specific action. The site should develop a promise from these materials: explain the terms, show the scope and allow contact in the appropriate context.
Make a simple list of contact points with the customer. Write down what information the recipient will be looking for and what subpage he should be on. Heading all people to the main page can be convenient organizationally, but it makes it difficult to find details of a particular service.
One bid, consistent information
Common visual identification helps identify the company, but consistency also includes content. Service names, terms of cooperation, contact details and scope of availability should not contradict each other between channels. Design a person who approves this information and reports a change to the owners of other materials.
- The offer page contains a current description and answers to questions before buying.
- The campaign refers to the same service and the same conditions.
- Printed material leads to a permanent, verified address.
- The person receiving the request knows what message the customer saw.
Example: launching a new service
Suppose the company introduces a service of devices with reception at the customer. First, a subpage is created describing the equipment being handled, the area of receipt and the way of valuation. Only a short post, banner and message for current customers is adapted to it. The form allows to indicate the device and the locality, instead of collecting only a general question.
This scenario reveals shortcomings before publication: who confirms the deadline, which pictures are needed and where the application goes. The web project also covers the way of information inside the company.
Plan updates after startup
Every time you change your offer, check the related materials and the operation of their links. Do not quickly delete the address used in the print or older campaigns. First, set out how to communicate the current information to the recipient.
