The list of all features of the panel is not the best training plan. Start with what the team will do most: change the offer, add realizations, publish articles or update contact. Prepare a real example of the material for each task.

Questions often arise only when working independently. Set a place to report doubts and how to update the instructions. A recurring problem may indicate the need for improvement of the panel, not just another training.
