Building Cooperative “Our Cottage” was established in 1981. The Cooperative was joined by 13 people, most of whom were employees of the Ministry of Construction and therefore took the first name: Building Cooperative “Our Cottage” Our Cottage and the first address: Warsaw ul. Wspólna 2 (ministerial seat). The founding meeting took place on April 23, 1981. By a court order on November 12, 1981, the Cooperative was entered in the register under number ARS XIV 1528. In 1990, the name changed to a shorter one and since then we have the Housing Cooperative Our Cottage.
