The BxM E-BIP is a specialized tool that allows you to keep the Public Information Bulletin page in accordance with applicable law. The system was created for public institutions, which are obliged to publish information in the form of a BIP, and at the same time want to be able to edit content without having to involve IT professionals.
CMS BxM E-BIP – simplicity and full complianceThe system is based on CMS (Content Management System) technology, making content management possible through an intuitive administration panel. Service editors can easily add, edit and delete public information without having to know HTML or PHP code. Changes made are visible on the BIP website immediately after saving.
Two-pillar system architectureThe BxM E-BIP system was designed based on two main components:
- Internet service – accessible to the public, presenting the content published in accordance with the BIP Regulation.
- Administrative module – designed for authorized editors to manage the structure and content of the Bulletin. It is based on a proven system BxM Administrator, which guarantees simplicity of operation and stability of operation.
The BxM E-BIP system has been prepared to meet all technical and substantive requirements resulting from Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration on the Public Information Bulletin. This guarantees not only legal compliance, but also high availability of information and transparency of published content.
