The expanded service may contain a number of materials describing almost the same offer. Before subsequent entries are created, it is worth checking which addresses have their own purpose and what information really distinguishes them.
Compare content, not just titles
Make a list of sub-pages for one service. When each save the recipient's question, the scope of the content and the next action. If the differences come down to the order of words or district name, the material may not bring an independent value.
In the case of an offer to customers from Warsaw, it is not necessary to create a separate description for each part of the city. The actual differences in the way of service, availability or scope may justify development, but should result from the company's activities.
Select the right solution for each page
Some materials can be developed into separate guides if there are specific questions to explain. Others may need to be merged in the future. Do not make a decision based solely on a short text: check the existing links and the role of the address.
For example, two valuation pages can receive different ranges: one explains the components of the price, the other helps prepare the materials for the estimation. If both continue to repeat the same list, changing the headers does not solve the problem.
Keep a map of current addresses
Write:
- the current address and title;
- the most important information to preserve;
- role in navigation and links;
- the intended scope after the amendment;
- a possible destination for future migration;
- the method of post-implementation control.
Addresses should not be deleted without a plan. If later the content is transferred, agreed mapping and check the transition, according to Google's URL change guidelines.
Evaluate value after editing
Read the revised materials next to each other. Does everyone answer another question? Do references help to go forward rather than lead between copies? Such control is more important than just increasing the number of words.
Look. query map and subpages and useful local content.
