The quality of the interface is not only determined by the first screen. Buttons, forms, messages and navigation should maintain a common style also during loading, after an error and on a small screen.
Design rules before you multiply views
A few beautiful screens are not enough if each subpage uses different spaces and buttons. Set up a set of headers, text size, colors and basic interface elements. This way, a new section of the service can use the existing visual language.
It is not about excessive limitation of the project. Consistent rules allow to distinguish important content consciously. If each item is an exception, the user must read the hierarchy of the page again each time.
Include states you can't see on the main model
The form looks different before entering the data, after the error and after the correct upload. The button can be expected at the end of the operation and the list does not contain any results. These situations need as careful development as the initial view.
- The error message should indicate how to improve.
- The waiting state should explain that the action is still ongoing.
- An empty list may suggest changing the filters or the next step.
- The active element must also be recognisable without the color itself.

Treat movement and motive as part of the whole
Animations should have a common pace and purpose. Several subtle reactions can help you understand the change, but simultaneous movement of many elements makes it difficult to focus. If the page has a bright and dark variant, check both pictures, borders, messages and text contrasts.
Receive page on actual content
Long title, no photo or name with more characters quickly show the limitations of the project. Use such examples before approving templates. Also check interface states on your phone and computer. Modern appearance gains value only when it remains readable during normal use of the site, not only in carefully selected previews.
